This is my specialty. I learn about an organization from the inside out and then adapt critical service concepts to its specific needs. I write a leader's guide based on the organization's terminology and on-the-job examples, design a compatible participant workbook, and then train their skilled trainers in the delivery of the material. I stay a part of the process for as long as I'm needed, and then I establish the mechanisms to insure success and continued progress over time.
